There are too many variables but to dumb it down based on just 1v1s I can only speak from my own experience on ele. Anything that can cc and put out a lot of damage puts ele in a bad spot. Spellbreaker is a bad match up. Ranger is potentially a bad match up depending on their build and if you are running focus.
