Just recently we have had users having issues with emails getting stuck in their Outbox. They are able to re-send and delete the emails in the Outbox, but this is not ideal. We use Exchange Online in a hybrid scenario, and the users have Outlook 365 installed locally. Recreating Outlook profiles or their Windows profile does not fix the issue.
